“Thank you Cheryl, that was one of the best teamwork/communication sessions I have ever been a part of – you’re remarkable.” ~
A. Betts, Executive Director

What a wonderful evening of inspiration and motivation we had at our Black Youth Mentorship Symposium and Launch! The presenters, comprising of a diverse group of accomplished black men did a fantastic job inspiring the youth with their personal stories and advice of overcoming adversities towards their goals.
The evening was moderated by Cheryl Lewis-Thurab who used her years experience as a speaker/empowerment coach/facilitator/ to skillfully navigate the program. Her wit and professionalism made the evening the success it was. Many thanks Cheryl and to all the presenters. We are grateful.” ~ Andrea Thomas

I have had the pleasure of working with Cheryl since 2009 in her role as the Community Development Officer. The support she has provided each and every year since then for our Warriors Think Pink Campaign at the University of Waterloo has been tremendous. I knew I could call or email her at any time and would receive a timely response that would put my stresses at ease.
Her dedication to the foundation and to helping others support the foundation is so inspiring. The last couple years Cheryl has even made time to come out to our events in November to show her support. The relationship that we’ve built over the years has really helped me be successful! She is extremely approachable and organized which makes my job easier.
I can’t possibly thank Cheryl enough for everything that she has done for the Warriors.

I worked with Cheryl at the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation in the Community Development department. Cheryl was instrumental in helping realize the success of the ‘Schools Program’ and ‘Trucking for the Cure’ along with many other high profile events.
Cheryl is a natural communicator and her strengths lie in client relations and stewardship, as well as delivering key messaging through public presentations. I am happy to recommend Cheryl!
